We’re delighted to welcome Jamie Smart, the award-winning comic creator and author of the smash-hit Bunny vs Monkey series, as our newest patron.
Jamie will work alongside Read for Good’s existing patrons Sarah McIntyre, Julia Donaldson and Cressida Cowell to champion the charity’s mission of supporting children across the UK to discover a life changing passion for reading. Jamie’s Bunny vs Monkey: Intergalactic Monkey Business! recently took home the Graphic Novel of the Year prize at the 2026 British Book Awards and scooped ‘Children’s Choice’ at this week’s The Week Junior awards.
