Reading Journeys

Children love reading when they read what they love.

But what if they haven’t worked out what they enjoy reading yet….? Not tackling this can quickly lead to a child being labelled as a “non-reader”, either by themselves, their educators or their parents.

We believe everyone has the potential to be a reader. As professionals and parents, it is our job to keep that potential alive, by offering different choices and being creative about what a child might like to read, and not valuing certain books and reading above others.
