Alex T Smith

Author of the delightful children’s favourite, Claude, Alex T. Smith spent some time with young patients of Bristol Royal Hospital for Children Hospital. Alex was part of the Bath Children’s Literature Festival, and because children in hospital aren’t able to go to the Festival, Read for Good thought it would be a grand idea for the Festival to come to the Hospital!

Alex brought all the excitement of Bath Children’s Literature Festival to the children’s wards, sharing his secrets of how to draw captivating characters and tell tall tales. Everyone was delighted that a miniature Claude came along with Alex too!
