What a brilliant book! A weird and wonderful adventure that asks if an unfinished book character came to life how would they finish their story?
This story follows Claire, a Librarian of the Unwritten Wing, based in Hell where all the unfinished stories live when authors don’t finish their books. Her job is like that of an ordinary librarian…apart from also having to keep an eye on any wayward fictional characters. When a book Hero goes on the run, Claire along with a muse and a cheeky demon go on the hunt for them, but end up in the middle of an age-old battle between good and evil.
This book is incredibly funny, quick-witted and packed full of imagination, I will be picking up the rest of the series ASAP! If you are a fan of Neil Gaiman’s ‘Good Omens’ I think it will be a real hit!
