I love PENG and Spanners and the Swamp Thing because Max the butler makes ice cream and then one of his ice creams makes him grow big. PENG and SPANNERS try to find out who the Swamp thing is, PENG thought that BETY WABLS is the culprit. Is she or is she not? PENG and SPANNERS are so funny, they are one of my favourite EVER comic books.
